There’s over 40,000 people still in prison for offenses that have since been legalized. So Vibes created Release Papers, the rolling papers that help smokers advocate on the behalf of people incarcerated for marijuana-related convictions.
On every package of Release Papers there’s a scannable QR code directing purchasers to sign a petition to grant clemency to those currently incarcerated for, or unduly burdened by, federal cannabis-related convictions. A portion of the profits from the sale of Release Papers goes to The Last Prisoner Project.
